What can I actually test today?
Phase 1: record or upload a consult, get a source-grounded clinical note, copy it into your PMS, hand your team a Team Brief, read Eva's Patient Assessment — and ask the Eva Voice Orb about any of it, right on this page. Case building, treatment plans, and the case pipeline are built and in testing; Template Studio, generated follow-ups, and automated outbound are on the roadmap.
Does Eva diagnose or prescribe?
No. Eva captures and documents your clinical decisions — she does not make them. Any diagnosis or prescription in a note comes only from what your clinician said and decided.
Does Eva write into my practice-management system?
No. Eva never writes notes into your PMS on her own — and that's deliberate. Your clinician reviews and finalizes the draft, and your team copies the confirmed note into the record, so a human has signed off on exactly what enters it.
Where does Eva get the content of a note?
Only from your captured consult — the transcript and your team's notes. Eva never pulls from other consults, templates, or outside knowledge, and she flags anything she can't tie back to the consult for your review.
Is Eva HIPAA compliant?
Eva is designed for HIPAA-aligned deployment, with encryption, per-clinic isolation, and a tamper-evident audit trail in place today. The signed agreements and formal assessments behind a full “HIPAA compliant” label are in progress — the security page tracks each one at its current status.
Why We Built Eva
As a dentist and clinic owner, I watched the same thing happen again and again: treatment was diagnosed, the patient had interest — and the care still slipped away. Not because anyone stopped caring, but because the journey from diagnosis to completion is full of friction: unclear notes, manual follow-up, cost hesitation, second decision-makers, forgotten callbacks, and plans buried in scattered systems.
Most clinics survive this with shadow systems — spreadsheets, WhatsApp reminders, notebooks, mental lists. Eva was built to replace them.
