Getting started

We set you up, with you

There is no signup form at the end of this page. Getting started with Eva is a working session with the team behind Eva — deliberate and direct. For a clinical product that sits in your operatory and handles patient conversations, we think setup should be a conversation, not a checkout flow.

What we set up together

Four things done with you, not left to you

Four working sessions with the team behind Eva, none of them a form you fill in alone.

The paperwork conversation

Before a single consult is recorded, we have the compliance conversation: a patient-consent pack and a data-processing agreement (DPA) are provided on request, and you put them in place with your own counsel. Documents and a walkthrough — not a box you tick.

Your providers and team, mapped

We set up your clinicians and team members in Smart Office with you, so from the first recording every consult lands under the right provider and your team sees their own work.

Eva's voice, tuned to your clinic

Eva ships as one opinionated clinical product — what you tune is the voice, never the clinical rules. Your practice's tone and identity are set through the Clinic Persona form, so what Eva writes sounds like your clinic.

A walkthrough of the loop

We walk your team through the completion loop end to end (what's testable today, what's built and in testing) so nobody is left to figure Eva out from a help page.

Your first consult

The recording is the easy part

Once you're set up, your first consult is one small step: no special kit, nothing to install.

  • Any decent device and mic in a reasonably quiet room. The hardware you already own is enough.
  • A supported web browser. We get you set up on the right one during onboarding, no install required.
  • Tick the patient-consent checkbox before recording — the record button waits for it.
  • Then just talk to your patient the way you always do. No forms mid-consult, no scripts — one recording captures one clinical event.

What comes back

Three things land from one recording

All three are part of phase 1. You review and approve each one, and Eva never writes to your PMS.

A source-grounded, court-mindful note

Drafted only from what was said in that consult, never outside knowledge, with a “please verify” marker wherever something is ambiguous. You review it, approve it, and copy it into your PMS by clipboard. Eva never writes to your PMS.

A Team Brief for the front desk

A front-desk-ready view of the verified consult (what was decided and what the patient needs next), so the desk picks up exactly where the clinician left off, without deciphering a clinical note.

A Patient Assessment

Eva's assessment of the patient's readiness and barriers from the same consult — so your team knows how to help the patient decide, not just what was diagnosed.

Then the loop takes over

The note is where Eva starts, not where she stops

Past the note, Eva is a treatment completion engine: the consult becomes a case, and the case is carried toward done.

Built · in testing
  • Case building & treatment plans
  • Case pipeline & attention queues
  • In-treatment through completed

Built and running — in testing with our first clinics. We walk your team through it during onboarding and show where each piece stands.

Your whole team plugs in

One recording, three people working from it

Eva isn't a solo dictation tool. Each role gets its own view of the same consult, with its maturity clearly marked.

Your clinician

Records the consult and signs the note. Nothing enters the record without their review — Eva drafts, the clinician decides.

Test it today

Your front desk

Works from the Team Brief (what was decided, what the patient needs next) instead of reconstructing it from a clinical note.

Test it today

Your treatment coordinator

Works the case pipeline and attention queues as cases move from consult toward treatment. This part of the loop is built and in testing — we walk your coordinator through it during onboarding.

Setup starts with a conversation

Tell us about your clinic and we'll take it from there — the paperwork conversation, your team mapped, Eva's voice tuned, and a walkthrough of the loop so you're ready for your first consult.
